Product
To determine which bracelet size suits you best, please measure the circumference of your hand at the strongest point - because the bracelet has to go over this. For most people, this is above the knuckles. Two sizes often fit, and it is entirely individual whether you feel more comfortable with a slightly narrower or a slightly wider bracelet. It is important that the bracelet does not slip off your hand.
Our tip: If your hands are a bit swollen, washing your hands with cold water or wearing a fine stocking over your hand can help when putting them on and taking them off.

- Size M: hand circumference up to ~20.4 cm
- Size L: hand circumference up to ~21.5 cm
- Size XL: hand circumference up to ~23.2 cm
Our pearl bracelets can be easily pulled over your hand thanks to the elastic band:
- Size S-M: wrist circumference ~15 cm
- Size M-L: Wrist circumference up to ~16.5 cm
We are happy to make bracelets in individual sizes for you upon request. Please note that made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged.
To ensure that our little works of art add lasting colourful sparkle to your outfits, you should take good care of them. If they fall off, they could break or crystals could fall out. Similarly, your jewellery should not come into contact with cosmetics (especially sunscreen, disinfectant, perfume or insect repellent) or other aggressive liquids.
As with many plastics/resins, strong sunlight can cause slight colour changes or affect the life of the elastic band. We therefore recommend appropriate storage.
Wie bei vielen Kunststoffen/ Harzen kann starke Sonnenstrahlung zu leichten
Farbveränderungen führen. Bei Armbändern kann eine Lagerung in der Sonne die Lebensdauer des Elastikbandes beeinträchtigen. Wir empfehlen euch daher, euren Schmuck gut geschützt z.B. in einer nicht transparenten Schmuckbox zu lagern.
Besonders beim Transport, z.B. auf Reisen, solltet ihr eure Schmuckstücke zusätzlich einzeln verpacken, um Kratzer oder Bruch zu vermeiden.
Our pieces of jewelery are created in filigree manual work. Each piece is sanded and milled individually. You can tell that it is real handwork not only from the extraordinary feel and look: you can occasionally discover tiny asymmetries in the stone settings - this shows that a person, not a machine, made your piece of jewelery for you.
Our jewellery is made of a special synthetic resin that comes from the EU. You can choose between glossy polished or matt models. There is also a transparent version.
For the wonderful sparkle of our jewellery, we use the highest quality glass crystals available in the world. They are manufactured at the headquarters of the world market leader in Austria and are also a purely European quality product. We only use crystals with a pointed back - so the precision-cut stones have a particularly radiant brilliance and depth.
For our ear studs and hoop earrings we use hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
Our pieces of jewelry are genuine Europeans and therefore an absolute rarity on the global jewelry market. The resin for our jewelry comes from the EU and the production takes place in a family-run factory in Italy.
We also source our packaging materials locally wherever possible. So
For example, our candy boxes are engraved with our logo directly in Hamburg!
Order
We make our jewellery in very small series and limited editions. Your piece of jewellery is therefore something very special. It can therefore happen that some designs are suddenly sold out. As we have them handmade by trained specialists in a small manufactory, it can happen that sold-out products are only available again after 6-8 weeks. The quality of our jewellery is our top priority, so we don't want to make any compromises here in favour of higher or faster production. Please contact us if you would like us to pre-reserve a particular piece for you!
Shipment will be made by DHL parcel with tracking. In individual cases, shipping may be carried out using a different shipping method or service provider if this enables optimised processing and delivery. Our standard processing time is 1-2 working days, the delivery time of the shipping service provider is approx. 3-4 working days within Germany. In other EU countries the delivery time is 5-7 working days, outside the EU currently approx. 3 weeks. Of course, you can track your delivery by tracking ID, which we will send you automatically by e-mail.
We are a small company with fair prices. Shipping costs are costs that arise with every order: for packaging material, the time to pack your packages lovingly for you, and of course the costs for the service of the shipping service provider. With us, the shipping costs are not included in the product price as a lump sum, but are shown openly:
For shipping and handling, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order within Germany and a flat rate of €18.99 within other European countries (EU). If you would like your shipment to be sent to a non-EU country, please contact us at info@coloristers.com before placing your order so that we can find a suitable solution with you.
Of course we want you to enjoy our jewelry. If a piece of jewelry doesn't fit you or you don't like it that much, you can return it up to 14 days after receipt. It is important that the jewelry is completely unworn and was only put on to try it on. Be sure to pack the jewelry securely - ideally in the original packaging so that it gets back to us undamaged. Returns remain the responsibility of our customers until we receive them. Therefore, we recommend shipping with proof of shipment/shipment tracking. Please note that we cannot accept any costs associated with returns. The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by this and of course remains in effect ( details ).
In Nicht-EU-Ländern können Importzölle, Abgaben und ähnliche Zollgebühren auf Einfuhrwaren erhoben werden. Diese Kosten werden - falls vorhanden- von den Zollbehörden des jeweiligen Landes festgesetzt und erhoben, und sind nicht in den Zahlungen an uns inbegriffen.
